PERM Applications
As of January 5, 2026, the Department of Labor is conducting Analyst Reviews of PERM applications filed in or before August 2024 and is now conducting Audit reviews for cases filed in or before December 2024. The DOL is reviewing Reconsideration Requests to the Certifying Officers that were appealed in or before August 2025. Please note that the estimated wait to review PERM applications filed in December 2025 has increased from 496 days to 500 days. The actual timeframe to review individual cases may be more or less than 500 days.
For various reasons, the DOL may be completing the processing of applications filed prior to the months posted. If your application was filed more than three months prior to the month posted, you may contact the OFLC PERM Helpdesk for a status on the application at oflc.plc@dol.gov.
Prevailing Wage Applications
As of January 5, 2026, the DOL is reviewing Prevailing Wage Applications filed in August 2025 (OEWS) and June 2025 (non-OEWS). The DOL is reviewing Requests for Redetermination appealed in or before September 2025, and Center Director Reviews appealed in or before October 2025.
