The July 2025 visa bulletin has been published. USCIS will be accepting cases in July based on final action, not dates for filing, for employment-based cases. Changes are as follows for both charts. If a change is not listed here, the date remains the same.

Final Action:

EB1:

  • China: moved from November 8, 2022, to November 15, 2022.

EB2:

  • China: moved from December 1, 2020, to December 15, 2020.

EB3:

  • Rest of World: moved from February 8, 2023, to April 1, 2023.
  • China: moved from November 22, 2020, to December 1, 2020.
  • India: moved from April 15, 2013, to April 22, 2013.
  • Mexico: moved from February 8, 2023, to April 1, 2023.

Other Workers:

  • Rest of World: moved from June 22, 2021, to July 8, 2021.
  • China: moved from April 1, 2017, to May 1, 2017.
  • India: moved from April 15, 2013, to April 22, 2013.
