Effective for Notices Issued between March 1, 2020 and May 1, 2020
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services has enacted a measure that will extend the deadline for Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), issued between March 1, 2020 and May 1, 2020, by 60 days from the due date stated in the notice.
