Please note that as of March 31, 2025, the limit for the FY 2026 H1B CAP has been reached and all companies with selected registrations have been notified. This includes both the regular cap and the Master’s cap.
All petitioners with selected registrations should now proceed to filing the H1B petition for the selected beneficiary. The window during which a petitioner may file for an eligible beneficiary is April 1, 2025 until the date listed on the registration selection notice. Please note that this window is typically 90 days from the date of selection.
