PERM Applications
As of March 1, 2025, the Department of Labor is conducting Analyst Reviews of PERM applications filed on or before November 2023 and is now reviewing Reconsideration Requests to the Certifying Officers that were appealed on or before January 2025. The DOL has not provided a priority date related to Audit Reviews.
As of March 1, 2025, the Department of Labor is conducting Analyst Reviews of PERM applications filed on or before November 2023 and is now reviewing Reconsideration Requests to the Certifying Officers that were appealed on or before January 2025. The DOL has not provided a priority date related to Audit Reviews.
For various reasons, the DOL may be completing the processing of applications filed prior to the months posted. If your application was filed more than three months prior to the month posted, you may contact the OFLC PERM Helpdesk for a status on the application at plc.atlanta@dol.gov.
Prevailing Wage Applications
As of March 1, 2025, the DOL is reviewing Prevailing Wage Applications filed in September 2024 (OEWS and non-OEWS). The DOL is reviewing Requests for Redetermination appealed on or before November 2024, and Center Director Reviews appealed on or before August 2024.
