The March 2025 visa bulletin has been Published. USCIS will be accepting cases in March based on final action, not dates for filing, for employment-based cases. Changes are as follows for both charts. If a change is not listed here, the date remains the same.

Final Action:

*Most of these are moving forward and are not retrogressions, so we should see lots of approvals this month. However, please note that the Religious Workers category retrogressed for all countries of chargeability.*

EB2:

  • Rest of World: moved from April 01, 2023, to May 15, 2023.
  • China: moved from April 22, 2020, to May 08, 2020.
  • India: moved from October 15, 2012, to December 01, 2012.
  • Mexico: moved from April 01, 2023, to May 15, 2023.
  • Philippines: moved from April 01, 2023, to May 15, 2023.

EB3:

  • China: moved from July 01, 2020, to August 01, 2020.
  • India: moved from December 15, 2012, to February 01, 2013.

Other Workers:

  • Rest of World: Moved from December 08, 2020, to February 01, 2021.
  • India: moved from December 15, 2012, to February 01, 2013.
  • Mexico: moved from December 08, 2020, to January 15, 2021.
  • Philippines: moved from December 08, 2020, to February 01, 2021.

Certain Religious Workers:

  • Rest of World: moved from January 01, 2021, to August 01, 2019.
  • China: moved from January 01, 2021, to August 01, 2019.
  • India: moved from January 01, 2021, to August 01, 2019.
  • Mexico: moved from January 01, 2021, to August 01, 2019.
  • Philippines: moved from January 01, 2021, to August 01, 2019.

Dates for Filing: No changes.
