February 5, 2025 – USCIS announces the H-1B cap registration period. Get ready to submit your registrations!

March 7, 2025 (Noon ET)H-1B cap registration opens. Employers must submit registrations during this window—first come, first served does NOT apply, but missing this deadline means waiting another year!

March 24, 2025 (Noon ET)H-1B cap registration closes. No exceptions!

March 25–31, 2025 – USCIS selects registrations and notifies employers. If selected, the employer can file a full petition.

April 1, 2025 H-1B petition filing period begins. Employers must submit complete H-1B petitions, including proof of specialty occupation and required fees.
