Update: FY 2025 H-1B Registration Period Ends March 25th

The timeline for the initial registration period for the FY 2025 H-1B Cap petitions has been extended. The deadline for submitting registrations is now March 25th, 2024, at noon Eastern time, instead of today on March 22nd, 2024. It is important for clients to prepare and submit their registrations ahead of this deadline.

It is important to remember that a new organizational account is required to participate in this year’s registration process.

For FY 2025, the H-1B registration fee remains $10 and is set to increase to $215 for the next fiscal year. Additionally, USCIS introduced new beneficiary-centric approach for this registration period, where USCIS will associate each registrant with a single passport or travel document, serving as the beneficiary’s unique identifier. USCIS requires beneficiaries to provide valid passport or travel document information when registering for the H-1B Cap and said passport must be the one the beneficiary intends to use to enter the United States if issued an H-1B visa. If selected in the H-1B Cap, individuals will be chosen based on their passport information rather than by the company petitioning for them.

We eagerly anticipate a collaborative engagement in the upcoming months on FY 2025 H-1B Cap petitions and I-129 H-1B petitions alike. Our services are readily available to provide assistance throughout the process, ensuring a seamless and successful immigration journey for your organization and employees.

Thank you for your continued cooperation as we keep you updated throughout the H-1B registration and filing process for FY 2025.
