Suspension Does NOT Apply to H-1B Extensions or Amendments
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services has announced that FY 2021 H-Cap Petitions will not be eligible for Premium Processing.
For H-1B cases filed as a Change of Status from F-1 Status, Premium Processing is expected to resume on May 27, 2020 and for all other H-1B cap cases on June 29, 2020.
Unlike in some previous years, all other H-1B Cases (Extensions, Amendments etc.) will not have premium processing privileges suspended at this time.
